Club Salami was born from a simple belief: good nutrition should taste good and fit into real life.
Our founder has always cared about food, fitness and doing things properly. He earned a black belt in Taekwondo at just 13 and decades later, now in his 40s, he’s still deeply active, spending his time in the gym.
Staying fit and fuelled has always been part of his life. But recently, things changed...
He began to develop intolerances, making traditional protein intake increasingly difficult. Protein bars, shakes and powders, already uninspiring, became even harder to rely on. They didn’t sit well, and they didn’t feel like real food.
What he wanted was something simple: a savoury, satisfying protein snack made from actual ingredients.

FROM CHARCUTERIE TO CLUB SALAMI
In 2021 Tony Charalambides, our founder, launched The Greek Farmer, a British charcuterie brand built on quality British free-range meat, bold flavour and traditional craft from his family farm in Hertfordshire, UK.
The brand quickly gained recognition, winning multiple awards including being crowned winner of Aldi’s Next Big Thing in 2022.
While building The Greek Farmer, another insight became clear, not just from his own habits, but at home too.
His kids naturally gravitated towards savoury snacks, often reaching for familiar meat snacks like the infamous pepperami! That sparked a simple question:
Why were the most appealing savoury snacks also some of the least inspiring nutritionally?

Club Salami is the answer to that gap.
After two years of research and development, the brand was created to bring proper charcuterie expertise into the snacking world.
We make soft, sliced salami protein bites that are low in carbs & calories, high in protein and full of flavour without relying on powders, sweeteners or ultra-processed ingredients.
Made from British free-range pork and designed for everyday life. Club Salami works whether you’re at your desk, at the gym, on the go, jet setting or sharing snacks at home.
