Last week, Club Salami officially made its Costco debut.
We packed up the salami, headed to Costco Stevenage, and spent four days introducing Club Salami to a lot of new faces. And, thankfully, people seemed pretty pleased to see us.
Our first Costco pop-up
Stevenage was our first time taking Club Salami into Costco, which meant four days of chatting, sampling and answering one very important question:
“Wait… salami as a snack?”
Yes. Exactly that.
We brought along our three flavours:
Garlic & Paprika
The classic, and a very easy place to start.
Cumin & Cayenne
Warm, savoury and with a little kick.
Fennel & Oregano
Herby, aromatic and usually the wildcard favourite.
Getting people to actually try the range in person was one of the best parts of the week. Everyone seems to have a different favourite, which is exactly why we refuse to settle the argument ourselves.
Four days, a lot of salami
Between samples, conversations and keeping the stand stocked, Stevenage gave us our first proper taste of Costco life. It was also pretty surreal seeing Club Salami sitting in a Costco trolley for the first time. So if you came over, tried a sample, bought a pack or simply asked us what on earth we were doing with that much salami: Thank you.
You made our first Costco pop-up a very good one.
Next stop: Chingford
And we're already doing it all over again.
We’ll be there for four days with Club Salami ready to try and buy. So if Chingford is your local Costco, come and say hello. You can try the flavours, meet the team and decide for yourself which packet deserves the top spot.
What is Club Salami?
If you've stumbled across this post without knowing who we are, hello. Club Salami is proper salami made for snacking. Our individual packs are high in protein, easy to take on the go and don’t need to be kept in the fridge before opening. Which makes them very handy for:
Desk drawers.
Lunchboxes.
Gym bags.
Handbags.
Road trips.
And, apparently, Costco trolleys.
See you in Chingford
Stevenage: completed. ✅
Chingford: you’re up next.
Follow @clubsalamiuk on Instagram and TikTok for Costco updates, behind-the-scenes bits and to see where we're heading next.
And if you can't make it to one of our pop-ups, you can still find all three flavours online.
